Sports Journey: Performance to Wellness

My journey in the world of sports is built on a foundation of professional coaching and high-performance training. As a General Physical Conditioning Coach, I had the privilege of working with the Iran National Team in international competitions. This experience taught me how to design and implement specialized training programs to elevate athletes' performance and help them reach their peak potential for success.

I further expanded my expertise by serving as a consultant for two sports federations. This role allowed me to apply my knowledge to strategic planning and athlete development, gaining a deeper understanding of the professional sports ecosystem. My current activities—regular running and playing chess—are dedicated to maintaining personal well-being.
