My background in athletics has played a fundamental role in shaping my discipline, resilience, and performance-driven mindset.
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, I worked with Iran’s National Team in international competitions, designing training programs to help elite athletes perform at their highest level. I also served as a consultant to two national sports federations, contributing to athlete development and performance strategies.
Today, I continue to apply the same principles through long-distance running and chess—two disciplines that strengthen both physical endurance and strategic thinking. I believe sustainable success is built on continuous learning, consistency, and self-discipline.

For several years, I volunteered at MAHAK, one of Iran’s leading charities supporting children with cancer. In addition to providing financial support, I dedicated time each week to visiting the children, offering companionship, encouragement, and moments of joy during their treatment.
I also volunteered as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for visually impaired athletes, designing training programs to help them prepare for international competitions with greater confidence and independence.
